Youth4Climate Driving Ambition Event In Milan, Italy

Young people from all around the world can now apply for a fully funded ticket to attend the Youth4Climate: Driving Ambition Event 2021 in Milan, Italy. Candidates should explain how their work helps advance the climate action. Winners will have their expenses covered to attend the event on 28-30 September, 2021.

Convened by the Government of Italy, the event will take place from September 28 to 30 and provide young delegates an opportunity to put forward concrete proposals on some of the most pressing issues on the climate agenda.

The first two days will be dedicated to working groups, while the last day will feature a discussion between young delegates and the Ministers attending the event.

There are two ways to win a full scholarship to attend the event. You can either submit the application explaining how your work helps advance climate action.

Or you can enter the #SumItUp Competition by submitting a creative sum-up of your favourite #Youth4ClimateLive episode before.

Winners will be chosen to travel to Milan and participate in the Youth4Climate event.

The deadline is on Sunday 28th February 2021.

 

Main Criteria

Open to young people from around the world.

Applicants should be aged between 18 and 29.

Applicants will be evaluated based on their ability to think critically about climate change and sustainable development as well as their ability to motivate others to work with them to address the climate crisis.
