Poster designs submitted to the competition will be evaluated by nationally and internationally recognized biophilia and graphic design professionals. Biophilia is an idea that humans have an innate connection to nature. Good biophilic design synthesizes the complexities of modern structures and spaces with design elements that support our health, represented through three broad categories: direct experience of nature, indirect experience of nature, experience of space and place.
Ideas for the poster can include wellness for people and planet, connecting with nature, love of life, and many more! Your design should explore the relationship of nature and the living world through graphic design and celebrate the impact of Biophilia.
The exhibition will include the best 100+ poster designs selected by the jury. The final award winners will be announced during the award ceremony (date and venue to be announced at a later time). The award prizes shall be transferred to winners’ accounts within 30 days of award ceremony. Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be recognized with $2,500, $1,000, $500, and $250, respectively.
The competition is organized by the Brand Culture design consultancy in partnership with Poster Territory initiative, a take-off platform for graphic design campaigns and poster shows in the US and abroad.
The deadline is on 15 July 2020.
