Scholarships for Africans and Other Specifically Targeted Countries

As the world continues watching the current scenario, the last dates for most of the scholarships are being extended. In this article, we shall cover those scholarships that are specifically aimed at international students from the African continent and other targeted countries.

Eni-Oxford

This is a fully funded scholarship being offered to students from countries in the African continent that are explicitly listed out. The scholarship is for those aspiring to do their MBA and covers tuition fees, sustenance allowance and return air fare. Eligible candidates will be from Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, South Africa and Tunisia. University Canada West UCW

The university has announced a program targeted towards candidates from Mauritius, Morocco, Montolia, South Korea and Turkey. This is for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The university will award upto 5,000 $ to the candidates who are successful. More info.

Institute of International Education

This scholarship is for those who have been displaced. It is a generous program and one of a kind. This fellowship scholarship offers upto 25,000 US$ to professors and researchers who are not able to continue working in their own countries due to displacement and other threats such as war. Total International

This scholarship is for those from Nigeria wishing to do their Master’s degree in engineering and geosciences in France. The scholarship is fully funded and covers tuition, living allowance, insurance and travel. More info.

UCL Institute of Global Health

The graduate program covers tuition, allowance towards living expenses and insurance. This is entirely for those who are citizens of African countries or are permanent residents. More info.
