Current undergraduate and graduate students or recent graduates are invited to join the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University
The OIST Graduate School offers education and research opportunities through the research intern programme.
Interns will work under the direction of a professor and contribute to the research activities of OIST.
Research intern places are awarded twice a year on a competitive basis. Selection is highly competitive, and depends on suitability of the intended research, academic background, available funding and space.
Those eligible to apply for the OIST Research Internship Program include excellent students who are in the final two years of the undergraduate or graduate programmes.
The period of the internship must be between two and six months. Interns will receive allowance for living expenses, commute, and travel as well as accommodation.
The deadline is on Friday 15th October 2021.
Applications to the programme must be made through the online form. You can only submit your application after at least one recommendation letter is received in the application system.
A CV, and the statement of interest are required.
