Remote Business Development Intern at Think-it

Candidates with experience in consulting, project management, or recruitment in the technology sector are invited to apply for a remote internship position. This opportunity is provided by a high-performance, low-carbo footprint Think-it software engineering company.

Think-it is a software engineering collective on a mission to unlock human potential through sustainable use of technology. Their high-performance, low-carbon solutions help innovative teams around the world lower costs, democratize data, and reach net-zero faster. With a focus on digital transformation, smart infrastructure, and the UN SDGs, they tackle meaningful problems that can only be solved with future-proof technology. Their team includes experts in Full Stack Engineering, Machine Learning, and DevOps and Cloud.

Your key responsibilities as an intern will include supporting the Think-it growth team, identifying and engaging partner decision-makers with support from the marketing team, and delivering compelling proposal presentations. Interns will analyze a variety of segments to support the development of service offerings and strengthen strategic partnerships with VCs, Innovation Hubs, and other multiplicators. Interns will support Think-its internal development projects through project management and coaching of other Think-iteers supporting their workstreams. Interns will receive a monthly internship stipend. The company will ensure autonomous and remote-friendly workplace culture, team activities, retreats, and reflections.

Main criteria

  • Candidates are required to have 2+ years of overall professional experience, with demonstrated experience in consulting, business development and strategic partnerships, project management, or recruitment in the technology sector
  • Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills and ability to work with the team remotely are necessary
  • High EQ, professional written and verbal fluency in another language like German, Arabic, French, or Dutch, nand experience using tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, Notion, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Slack are required
