Simon & Schuster is a global leader in the field of general interest publishing, dedicated to providing the best in fiction and nonfiction for consumers of all ages, across all printed, electronic, and audio formats.
it is a division of ViacomCBS, an American mass media conglomerate whose main assets include the Paramount Pictures film and television studio, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Showtime networks.
The Simon & Schuster Fall 2020 Internship Program will be taking place remotely and will offer students an unmatched, behind-the-scenes look, and learning experience within book publishing.
Interns will be placed within specific publishing departments where they will be able to explore all aspects of the business.
While guided by a mentor, they will experience “a day in the life” of an entry level assistant.
The Fall Internship Program is a paid program and will run for eight weeks on a 16 hours per week commitment.

Main criteria
- Candidates must be able to commit to two full days
- Applicants should be full-time students in either undergraduate or graduate programs
