Current students are invited for a full-time paid People and Culture Internship at Nordex in Helsinki, Finland. Interns will work at a renewable energy company and participate in company’s critical projects. This position hires candidates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Application process is ongoing.
Nordex is a European company that designs, sells, and manufactures wind turbines. The company’s headquarters is located in the German city of Rostock while management is situated in Hamburg.
With more than 28 GW installed capacity worldwide, their turbines supply sustainable energy to more than 80% of the global energy market and they are one of the largest companies in the wind industry.
Nordex is looking for a People & Culture Intern to support the organization in various P&C topics from very basic administrative tasks to critical resourcing support in some of our prestigious projects.
Interns will participate in some of the ongoing development projects. The company is looking to fill this position as soon as possible. - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organisation & Leadership, Psychology or similar with the major subject in Human Resources Management
- You should be fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, and ideally possess capabilities to comprehend the Norwegian language as well
