Long-Term Volunteering At Open Youth Work in Dornbirn, Austria

Youth from selected countries are invited to join a youth organization in Dornbirn, Austria on a 38-week volunteering programme starting on Saturday 10th April 2021. Volunteers will help with educational programmes and training sessions. The programme covers accommodation and catering. The deadline is on Tuesday 30th March 2021.

The association Offene Jugendarbeit Dornbirn (OJAD) – Open Youth Work Dornbirn – was founded in 1992 with the purpose of offering young people space for leisure time activities.

These days, it provides services in the field of education and youth employment. 

The volunteer will learn a lot about youth work and will get a practical insight into the various fields of youth work including leisure time activities, intercultural dialogue, employment, education, and more. 

As a volunteer, you will live in a student housing along with other volunteers.

You will live with an en-suite bedroom and share the kitchen with other residents. Volunteers will receive a monthly allowance that covers catering and pocket money. 

Volunteers will have a chance to participate in numerous training sessions including German languages courses and midterm meetings with their mentors. 

The deadline is on Tuesday 30th March 2021.
