Secret Dance Addiction
Secret Dance Addition is a unique event. It is an ongoing event with live stream DJ sets. What makes Secret Dance Addiction so special is that it is a Dance Party as well as a social platform for the sober curious movement. The concept is that you don’t need to drink alcohol or use substances to party and enjoy dancing and music.
It is free to join the SDA and to join the mailing list to get updates on all their events. Their goal is to organize parties that fuel the soul. The mindfulness movement is about reimagining dance parties, free of distractions like drugs and alcohol. It is all about connecting with enlightened party-people on the SDA app to celebrate life together, both on and off the dance floor.
This platform is another great place to find ongoing events and performances. Dazzle features many artists that you can check out. These include Jeff Jenkins, MaryLynn Gillaspie, Tom Gershwin, Annie Booth, and many more. You can see the videos that they have uploaded of themselves playing at home. Everything on Dazzle is free, but donations are encouraged via Venmo and PayPal to support the musicians.

The Grammy Museum is a great place to learn more about your favorite celebrities and their performances. Currently, the museum is offering something they call Museum at Home. This includes archival concerts and more fascinating content. It is free to stream, but donations are welcome to keep the Grammy Museum going strong. Some of the past featured artists that you can enjoy are Jim Lauderdale, Claudia Brant, Webb Wilder, and more!
JamBase is a great resource for music lovers. It offers an amazing selection of concerts, festivals, bands, and even podcasts. Every day they have around a dozen different live streams or pre-recorded options. Most events are free while others ask for a small fee or encourage donation. It’s hard to plan ahead with JamBase since they only show you what’s happening today, tomorrow, and past performances.
Most of the live performances feature current bands, some more obscure than others. Then there are also pre-recorded performances from more recent times as well as some that are older. For example, there have been streamings of Prince’s 1985 concert! One of the highlights is weekly broadcasts of Yonder Mountain String Band “Yonder May”. JamBase has so much to offer that you could spend days enjoying music.
The internet is overflowing with free music and great content from celebrities, artists, and performers. There are so many great places to stream live concerts and shows that would normally come with pricey tickets, crowded spaces, and overpriced drinks. Tuning into virtual performances is a great way to stay entertained and party from home!
