Healthcare professionals, students, and volunteers with proven track of positive impact in the field are invited to apply for the full scholarship to attend One Young World Summit. The event will take place in Munich, Germany on 23-26 April 2021. The deadline is on 25 September 2020.

Novartis is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland.
It is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies that reimagines medicine to improve and extend people’s lives.
They use innovative science and digital technologies to create transformative treatments. Through this scholarship, Novartis wants to create an opportunity for young leaders outside of the company who have a passion for healthcare and are initiating change.
The scholarship supports young social entrepreneurs and their local/global initiatives whose focus is on supporting, advancing, or solving issues in the healthcare space.
Scholars will receive access to the One Young World Summit 2021 in Munich, Germany on 23-26 April 2020. Additionally, hotel accommodation, travel to and from Munich, and all meals will be covered.
Novartis will select 10 scholars and candidates will be evaluated based on demonstrated capacity for leadership and a track record of generating impactful and innovative ideas, in your work.
A pre-selection of the candidates will be done by OYW. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online leadership test, followed by an interview with Novartis representatives.
The deadline is on 25 September 2020.
- Healthcare professionals, nurses, volunteers of health care organizations are medical students can apply and should be aged 18-30
- Nationals of all countries are eligible to apply for this scholarship
- Applicants cannot be employed by Novartis
- Applicants must demonstrate positive impact in the healthcare sector in some capacity
