Backaches have become a part of growing with our modern lifestyle. I wonder if doctors give it a serious look any longer. And its not only the hurting back that bothers us, the list of health issues could go on – digesting problems, headaches, anxiety…The good news is that many of the health issues can be addressed and dealt with using fairly simple methods. While the whole philosophy of yoga is fairly vast, let me introduce you to two uncomplicated sets which, if done regularly, will surprise you with the outcome: Surya namaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra namaskar (Moon Salutation).
