Moreover, candidates will receive a living allowance of approximately $26,288 (the living allowance in 2016) annually for the period of their educational program. For those students who will obtain the Student Visa (Subclass 500), the award will provide compulsory standard Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed at least the equivalent of an Australian First Class Honours degree;
- The main criteria for scholarships to be awarded are academic merit and research potential;
- Extra-curricular achievements are not considered;
- Candidates must provide evidence of their meeting the minimum English language proficiency requirements for direct entry by the scholarship closing date.
