Full MSc Scholarship For Female Students From Developing Countries At University of Durham

Female students from developing countries are invited to apply for the full scholarship at the University of Durham. Scholars will enroll in a one-year MSc programme and have all their expenses covered. The deadline is on Wednesday 31st March 2021.

 Hatfield College aims to award the Lioness Scholarship to an individual who has the academic and personal qualities to enable them to complete and benefit from a postgraduate course, and who will also act as a positive ambassador for their home country in Durham.

Candidates may apply for all programmes except MBA and research Master’s programmes.

The scholarship will cover tuition fees and stipend for living expenses. Additionally, candidates will receive one return economy ticket.

Candidates will be accommodated in a self-catered single room at Hatfield College. Settling in allowance upon arrival and UK Visa and health surcharge costs will be reimbursed.

The scholarship is tangible for one academic year. The Scholarship does not provide funding for dependents, nor for travel during the scholarship period.

The deadline is on Wednesday 31st March 2021.

 

Main Criteria

Female applicants should hold a relevant honours degree of sufficient standard and English language qualification.

Applications will be considered on academic merit, personal qualities and the fit with the chosen degree programme to the candidate’s aims.
