About the Speaker – Mustafa :

Mustafa Rezazadah has over 7 years of work experience in project management and strategic communications.

He currently works as a Senior Program Manager at Lapis Communications and part of his responsibilities is developing strategic and creative social behaviour change and communications concepts and turn these concepts into innovative projects.

He managed numerous projects of various thematic areas such as elections, early child development, women’s economic empowerment, health, etc.

Mustafa also has a long-lasting engagement with civil society and youth capacity building programs at international organizations such as Youth Time and AIESEC.

In 2015, he was elected as the President of AIESEC in Afghanistan and during his term, he has boosted the partnerships of AIESEC in Afghanistan at the national and global levels.

In his term, AIESEC managed to organize tens of educational and networking programs in Afghanistan and facilitated 43 exchange opportunities for Afghan youth to experience cross-cultural and professional internship programs in 8 countries, each focusing on Sustainable Development  Goals (SDGs).
