Essity Marketing Internship in Portugal

Students and recent Business, Economics or Marketing graduates are invited for a paid internship at Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company in Lisbon, Portugal. The deadline is on 29 June 2020.

Essity is a leading global hygiene and health company that develops, produces and sells personal care, consumer tissue and professional hygiene products and solutions across over 150 countries. The company owns the global number 1 brand for incontinence products (TENA) and the global number 1 brand for Professional Hygiene (TORK). Essity is the world’s second largest supplier of consumer tissue, which includes toilet paper, kitchen towel, facial tissues, handkerchiefs and napkins.

Interns will be responsible for market analysis and competitors follow up. Responsibilities will include updating business reports and providing support on the market trends analysis and business conclusions from different panel sources: Nielsen, Kantar, Internal data as well as ad-hoc consumer research to build up the best marketing plans and business decision. In collaboration with digital marketing manager, you will support activation of TENA Digital Platforms (website, blog, social, fulfillment, loyalty program, etc) as well as lead small local initiatives, e.g. consumer promos, digital activities, etc.

This is a full-time commitment that requires internship agreement with your university. You will benefit from flexible schedule and a remuneration.

Main criteria

  • Interns should be recent graduates or current BSc/MSc students majoring in Business, Economics or Marketing
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, organizational skills and advanced level of Microsoft Office Suit are required
