Commercial Law Remote Internship Experience

Any student over the age of 18 can apply for this three-day remote internship in commercial law. You will attend different sector workshops and design a project to get the taste of what it’s like to work at a law firm. The deadline is on 9 July 2020.

Bright Network is a career-oriented network of university students and graduates in the United Kingdom. It is headquartered in London and it holds employability workshops, networking events and recruitment fairs.

This three-day virtual experience in commercial law will take place between 14th and 16th July and is designed to help you build your legal network, gain direct insights into a range of world-renowned law firms and develop all the key skills you need to stand out in future applications.

You’ll gain core skills, insights, and top tips by attending different sector workshops. These sessions will be delivered by trainee solicitors, partners, and graduate recruitment teams from Allen & Overy, Clyde & Co, Herbert Smith Freehills, Sidley Austin and Slaughter, and May.

Additionally, you will begin a work project to simulate real-life work experience at a law firm. On the last day, you’ll take part in a session all about applying to top employers.

The deadline is on 9 July 2020.

 

Main criteria

  • The law internship experience is open to every student and recent graduate over the age of 18
  • All you require is Bright Network membership which is completely free – you can complete it when you start your application
