Centerpointe Holosync Meditation as a Means to a Healthier and Happier Life

Meditation, according to its wider definition, can be considered a technique that relaxes the body and calms the thoughts to make the practitioner feel more comfortable, pleasant, and relaxed. In its narrower definition, meditation is a spiritual discipline that through the acquired skill of controlling the mind and body allows a deeper and closer contact with the practitioner’s mental state and his soul. It is a program by which the body and soul are aligned, connected, and merged with the goal of achieving a sense of freedom, joy, satisfaction, self-confidence, and happiness.

Meditation’s effects are now a recognized medical fact, and it has been scientifically proven that meditation is recommended as a form of alternative therapy in various cases, including the most serious diseases.

The strongest impact on health, soul, and body is found in Centerpointe Holosync Meditation, which goes deep into the human consciousness and provides an incredible sense of spiritual stability.

In this review we will present the characteristics and benefits of applying Centerpointe Holosync Meditation.

What is Centerpointe Holosync Meditation?

This is an alternative to traditional self-development and life coaching methods, discovered by Bill Harris, Director of the Centerpointe Research Institute.

The essence of this meditation method is that it acts on the brain, that is, on the organ that coordinates all the activities in the body. In order for the body to function smoothly, the brain must work continuously, but we must ask ourselves how we can help it to improve its functions?

The best way is through Centerpointe Holosync Meditation, which produces relaxing brain frequencies, similar to the frequencies on which the Earth vibrates, through natural sounds.

The production of high vibrations allows structural neuronal changes in the brain which lead to psychological stability, inner peace, feelings of positivity, and fulfillment.

How does Centerpointe Holosync Meditation work?

Centerpointe Holosync acts through various sounds such as waterfalls, rain, and ocean waves, to initiate vibrations or electrical impulses that trigger 4 brainwaves that are in charge of controlling both the thoughts and the emotions and the function of all organ systems, and also generally contribute to maintaining homeostasis in the body.

First, meditation sounds work on the beta waves (14-30 Hz) that regulate the state of concentration, excitement, and brain consciousness.

After that, they act on the alpha waves (8-13.9 Hz) that are higher and that regulate the individual’s feelings of relaxation, superlearning, and focus on rest (these waves appear in a state between java and sleep).

Then the Theta waves (4 – 7.9 Hz) encourage deep spiritual emotions, a higher degree of concentration, better learning, and memory, and also affect changes in behavior towards a more rational explanation and understanding of external influences.

And ultimately they act on the highest level of the brain scale – Delta Wave (.1-3.9 Hz), which stimulates a strong trans-nephysical state, actually an unconscious state in which the most intimate contact between the soul and the body is established.

How does Centerpointe Holosync Meditation work?

In order to stimulate a positive state of mind and body, it is necessary to allocate 30 to 60 minutes a day to listening to Holosync Meditation, preferably with stereo headphones.

We recommend a different level of meditation frequency from the Waking Prologue, Dive, Immersion, Free, all the way to Tišina and Oaza. Each level should be heard for 6 weeks.

What are the benefits of using Centerpointe Holosync Meditation?

During holosync research it has been established that this meditation improves mental powers, reduces stress, and increases the individual’s sense of happiness and satisfaction.

It is also thought to have an impact on the prevention of biological aging as the organism regenerates with positive vibrations.

It encourages creativity, imagination, motivation, persistence, and the desire for success, progression, and cognitive, intellectual, and physical training.

It enables the establishment of inner peace, harmony, and a close connection with the non-physical being, God and Source of power, power, happiness, pleasure, health, love, success and well-being.

Likewise, it has been scientifically proven to affect positively the functioning of all organ systems, and thus completely eliminate dysfunctional psychological disorders, improve the psychomotor system, stimulate emotional intolerance, enable the development of self-development, strength, and self-esteem.

Proven positive effects are observed on the cardiovascular system and improved secretion of hormones, endorphins, cortisol, and DHEA. Since it causes a sense of relaxation, Holosync Meditation can be dangerous if applied in activities that require maximum energy in the brain, and not relaxation and slowed down functions (for example, driving cars, flying airplanes, riding bicycles).

Since we live in a stressful environment, it is extremely important to find a way to achieve a sense of comprehensive living.

Through this Holosync review it has been found that Holosync provides a positive lifeflow, through its impact on the centerprointe change.

In this way, not only is the sense of spiritual growth, but also the elimination of all negative factors that influence the occurrence of various diseases, which is certainly the basis of a happy and fulfilled life.
