REGATA STORICA (HISTORIC REGATTA), 1ST. SUNDAY IN SEPTEMBER, CASTELLO, VENICE, ITALY

One of the biggest events in Venice life since 16th century,  Regata Storica is an important event for history buffs to cruise leisurely through the canals all in historical costumes and atmosphere. A great idea for the end of the summer when the temperatures and the teeming tourist decrease.
