Psychologist Kelly McGonigal admitted in a TED Talk that for years she taught others that stress makes them sick, but what really got her thinking differently was a study which claimed that stress may only be bad for you if you believe it.

After seeing the results of that research, McGonigal is now convinced that stress should be perceived as a positive experience.

  • Arianna Huffington: How to succeed? Get more sleep!

The co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Huffington Post shared in a four-minute video a personal experience which led to a personal discovery. She urged her audience to take a closer look at what happens when they get enough sleep and offered a new meaning to the phrase “sleeping your way to the top.”
