What is the “Dunbar Number”? Named after the acclaimed Professor Robin Dunbar, the Dunbar Number holds that irrespective of our socio-economic class, the greatest number of active social relationships we can sustain is 150. Regardless also of the means of cultivating relationships, it would appear that following thousands of people on social media is altogether unimportant in terms of real social relationships since the actual number of such ‘relationships’ cannot exceed 150. Professor Dunbar has given an exclusive interview to Youth Time magazine.

Vladimir Zabransky, a teacher and photographer, is among those who remember the origins of the Karlovy Vary Film Festival and the way it has steadily grown. He has been making photos and taking autographs of the celebrities who have visited the festival for forty-nine consecutive years. Anna Bohlmark, a freelance journalist, wanted to do a documentary about the endangered mountain gorillas of Uganda, but during her research she discovered the story of the Batwas – the keepers of the forest. Since the ’90s, when the Batwa people were literally evicted from the Lake Region forests of western Uganda, the authorities have earned approximately $600.00 from each tourist taking safari tours of the region. Even today, thousands of Batwa are discriminated against and face devastating poverty as they search constantly for a living on their own.

Now, Dr. Sadek is in the United Kingdom with new vision for sustainability, and one from his important quotes is: We cannot hope to create a sustainable culture, but sustainable souls.  Dr. Sadek will be delivering his key note speech on the topic, “How to Identify Your Target Market and the Creative Process” in addition to hosting a workshop under the theme of, "Leadership Traits and their Development”. International Summer School participants with added insight and understanding as to what they can expect from the workshop, in addition to learning how to best prepare for the event.
