In our upcoming series of articles we plan to introduce the most basic cooking ingredients and the different ways they can be prepared. We start with eggs and the many ways they can be used in the kitchen.

Eggs, of course, are quite an indispensable part of many dishes and desserts. On the other hand when eggs become the main ingredient of the dish, there can be many alterations.
